I am a certified CHRO with 15+ years of experience in the construction and real estate industry. I have helped hundreds of people achieve their leadership and business goals. I'm a Cuban American, third culture kid.  Mom to a boy and a girl- who are the beats to my heart. I hold a dual BFA and MBA in Leadership from FIU. I'm a #mompreneur and business owner at Neucor Construction and a Founder of Virtual Mom Collective. I'm a creative storyteller and a keynote speaker for entrepreneurial empowerment workshops. I'm passionate about building positive work connections, and empowering mothers in the workplace.
